What You'll Do:

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, OEMs, and distributors within your designated territory, providing technical/service, warranty, parts, and training support.
  • Onsite Support: Provide onsite diagnostic/technical assistance and training to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Logistical Expertise: Utilize our internal ticketing system to log all actions and communicate product or customer-related issues to internal support teams.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on all Hatz Americas, Inc. products, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Represent Hatz Americas: Attend regional trade shows and open houses to represent the company and build relationships within the industry.
  • Campaigns and Repairs: Assist with campaigns, recalls, or repairs as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Deep Industry Knowledge: You're highly knowledgeable in the theory, function, and diagnostic processes of diesel engines and electrical systems.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Previous experience as a technician, product support specialist, or training professional is required.
  • Trade School Graduate Preferred: While not mandatory, a trade school diploma is highly desired.
