In his new capacity, Kyle will be responsible for leading our Customer Support & Training efforts, with a primary focus on creating and guiding a team of Territory Service Managers (TSMs). These TSMs will serve as our invaluable field support presence, offering crucial assistance to our Distributors, Dealers, Direct OEMs, and National Accounts. Their responsibilities will encompass providing onsite Technical Assistance, conducting Training sessions, facilitating Application Reviews, and nurturing strong customer relationships. This strategic initiative underscores our unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional support to our products and customers.
Furthermore, Kyle will continue to oversee and lead all technical training operations at Hatz Americas, Inc., ensuring that our partners remain equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide superior customer service.
